About this stay
On the 18th (top) floor of Pelican Beach Resort, this is the same beloved beachfront condo layout as our 16th-floor unit — lifted to the most expansive vantage point in the building. From up here, Destin’s white sands and the emerald Gulf stretch to the horizon in every direction.
Like its sister unit, this condo was fully remodeled in 2020 with further upgrades in 2022, with beach-themed modern coastal décor, wood flooring in the master suite, and thoughtful touches throughout. The resort’s new gulf-front zero-entry pool, expansive sun deck, and large outdoor spa are just an elevator ride away.
